Do my couples need to create an account?
No. Only you need an account. Your couples just click the room link and you admit them from the waiting room. No sign-up, no download, no app to install.
Can I have a separate room for each couple?
Yes. Each room is a separate subscription with its own link, chat history, and branding. Many planners have one room per active client so conversations stay separate.
Can I bring a supplier into a client consultation?
Yes. Share the room link with them and admit them from the waiting room when you're ready. They don't need an account. You can remove them when their part of the conversation is done.
Is it private enough for discussing budgets and contracts?
Yes. Rooms are private by default — not indexed, not searchable, not discoverable. Every person is admitted by the host. Video streams are encrypted in transit. No data is shared with third-party platforms.
Can we share mood boards and documents on screen?
