1. Guest Journey
Your guest receives a permanent branded link — it never expires and never changes.
They open it in any modern browser. No downloads, no accounts, no app store.
They see your organisation's branded waiting room — your logo, your colours.
They enter their name, test their camera and microphone, then click "Request to join".
A host admits them, and the call begins.
2. Host Journey
Hosts sign into the Nexus desktop app via Google SSO — no separate password to manage.
They see their room list and click to join. The room is always on — no need to schedule or start a meeting.
Waiting guests appear in real time. The host admits them individually or in bulk.
3. Admin Controls
