How do I set up my nexusroom.app subdomain?

From Group tier and above, your room gets a permanent subdomain on nexusroom.app — for example, yourgroup.nexusroom.app. This becomes the link you share with guests instead of a generic room URL.

How to set up your subdomain

1. Sign in at nexusroom.app/account.

2. Open your room settings.

3. Enter your chosen subdomain name. Use lowercase letters and hyphens only. For example: the-phoenix-group

4. Click Save. Your subdomain is active immediately.

Choosing a good subdomain

- Keep it short and recognisable to your members

- Use your organisation or group name

- Hyphens are fine — spaces are not allowed

- Examples: phoenix-group, monday-club, chambers-meeting

Sharing your subdomain

Once set, your permanent guest link is: yoursubdomain.nexusroom.app — this is the link to share in emails, newsletters, or printed materials. It never changes while your subscription is active.

**Note:** Subdomains are available on Group, Club, and Organisation tiers. Circle rooms use a standard room link instead.
