How do I set up a recurring schedule?

Recurring schedules let you define a regular meeting pattern for your room — for example, every Thursday at 7pm. Nexus sends reminder emails to your invited guests before each scheduled session. This feature is available on Group tier and above.

Setting up a schedule

1. Sign in at nexusroom.app/account and open your room settings.

2. Scroll to the 'Schedule' section.

3. Choose your recurrence: weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

4. Set the day of the week and start time.

5. Optionally set an end time — this is shown in reminder emails but does not automatically end the call.

6. Click Save.

Reminder emails

Nexus automatically sends a reminder email to all guests who have been invited to the room. The reminder goes out 24 hours before the scheduled session and includes the room link.

Pausing or changing a schedule

- To pause: return to room settings and toggle the schedule off

- To change the time or day: edit the schedule fields and save

- Changes take effect from the next scheduled session

Rooms without a schedule

Recurring schedules are optional. Your room link is permanent and works at any time — the schedule feature simply adds automated reminders on top of that.

**Note:** Recurring schedules are available on Group, Club, and Organisation tiers.
