How do I add more rooms to my account?

Each Nexus subscription covers one room. If you need additional rooms — for example, a separate room for a committee, a subgroup, or a different event — you purchase each one as a separate subscription.

Why separate subscriptions per room?

- Each room is fully independent — its own link, its own branding, its own host list

- You can choose a different tier for each room — a large Club room for main meetings, a small Circle room for a committee of four

- You are only paying for what each room actually needs

How to add a room

1. Go to nexusroom.app/pricing.

2. Choose the tier that fits the new room.

3. Complete checkout — you will be asked to create or sign into your account.

4. The new room is provisioned automatically and you will receive a confirmation email with the new room link.

Managing multiple rooms

All rooms linked to your account email appear in your account dashboard at nexusroom.app/account. Each room shows its tier, participant limit, and subscription status independently.

**Note:** Each room has its own 30-day free trial when first purchased.
